Ryan holds a Certificate III in individual disability support and is a freelance creative. They prioritise creative collaboration, visual and verbal communication and trauma informed support when delivering Knights of the Shed’s evidence based curricula.
Passionate about supporting others in finding their individual path towards their goals, Ryan works with participants to use the scaffolds and frameworks in place at Knights of the Shed to create an accesible and inclusive environment in which to explore social approaches and build capacity. Ryan has a collaborative, safe and gentle manner, with a focus on choice and engaging with community on one’s own terms.
When at home Ryan enjoys art, music, hiking, climbing, tabletop games and their three cats.
